Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026. This policy explains what personal data miamiseo.ai collects, why, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through this website is Miami SEO, Miami, Florida. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

What data we collect

When you submit a form (for example the contact or free audit form), we store:

  • the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, website and message;
  • your IP address;
  • an approximate location derived from your IP address (such as country, region or city), not your precise location;
  • your browser user agent (browser and device type).

When you browse the site, we collect aggregated visit statistics through an analytics counter (see Third parties below). Our free tools under /tools/ run in your browser; we do not need an account to use them.

Why we use it

  • To answer your request, prepare the audit you asked for and follow up about it.
  • To protect the site and our forms from spam, fraud and abuse (IP address and user agent help with this).
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it, using aggregated statistics.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We store form submissions in our company database and use them only for the purposes above.

For visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom, our legal bases are: steps you request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries, securing the site and improving it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only as long as reasonably necessary for record-keeping, legal obligations or resolving disputes. You can ask us to delete your data earlier, as described below.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies. The site stores a small number of values in your browser:

  • Theme preference (light or dark mode), so the site remembers your choice.
  • Consent flag, so we remember your choice about the notice and do not ask again on every page.

Our fonts are self-hosted, so loading pages does not send requests to Google Fonts. You can clear local storage and cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site will simply return to its defaults.

Third parties

  • Cloudflare. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address and request headers) to deliver pages securely and protect against attacks.
  • Analytics counter (statinside.com). We use a first-party-style analytics counter to measure visits and page views. It is used for aggregated site statistics, not for advertising.
  • Semalt platform. Clients who manage campaigns through the Semalt platform at semalt.com are subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell or share it);
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

These rights reflect general US state privacy laws, including those of California (CCPA/CPRA) and Florida, where they apply. Visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Terms of Use.
